Service Description

Let us look after your Swim Spa for you! A Swim Spa Refresh (recommended quarterly) includes the following: - Test water quality - add scale treatment and high dosage antibacterial product. - Drain and empty water below the skimmer. - Clean hot tub shell using dedicated surface cleaner and scale treatment. - Check and adjust operation of heating systems and filtration systems. - Clean spa filter and filter cartridge. - Partial Refill swim spa. The client will finish refill and add chemicals. - Purge system. - MOT health check of pumps, filtration system, lighting systems and jet function. - Polish Everlast spa cabinet. - Wipe pillows, filter lids and strainer baskets. - Wipe underside and top of cover. - Put Vinyl Protector and Restorer on hot tub cover and neck cushions to restore shine. For Swim Spa only, does not include DT (Dual Temperature) units. - We work with most brands of Hot Tub or Swim Spa (Inflatables not included). - We cover Dorset/Hampshire/Somerset/Wiltshire & surrounding areas. - All our of engineers are fully trained and registered with Hydropool. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled within 48 hours notice may not be refunded. Mileage may be chargeable depending on location.
